The SOURCE Award for Excellence in Undergraduate Research Mentoring and SOURCE Award for Innovation in Undergraduate Research Support are annual awards recognizing both a faculty mentor and campus partner office or initiative that have made significant contributions to the undergraduate research community.
Eligibility: Faculty mentors who have engaged in sustained undergraduate research mentoring; campus partner initiatives (may be faculty, staff, or student-led) that have created new opportunities.
Award Goals: Recognize the broader campus community and networks that support undergraduate research.
Application Cycles/Grant Period: Nominations due in February for March Orange Talks and Award Ceremony.
Funding Amount: Certificate and recognition at award ceremony.
Application Requirements: Nomination form including response to short-answer questions.
